By purchasing from me, you automatically agree to these terms of service.
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Work will not begin until after payment is made
• I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason
• I accept payment in USD via PayPal or Venmo
• You will be informed of any and all circumstances that may delay progress on your commissionMY PROCESS
• Progress shots (WIPs) will be sent when confirming sketches, lines, color, etc.
• Major changes to the work may only be made before the lining phase
• Minor changes can be made up to 1 week after the piece is finished
• Turnaround times may varyUSAGE RIGHTS
• Commissioned artworks are personal use only by default
• Commercial usage fees may be discussed on a case-by-case basis
• You may not claim the work as your own
• You may not pay another artist to alter or edit my work
• Any work I do may be posted publicly to my social media or used commercially for prints and/or merchandiseCANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
• I do not offer refunds on finished works
• If you wish to cancel your commission prior to its completion, you will receive any unfinished work and a partial refund will be issued with a 30% cancellation fee applied
